Allentown Master Plumbers Association
The AMPA was established in 1897 by a group of independent businessmen striving to do the best possible job for their customers. The fledgling plumbing industry at that time was very primative, after all plumbing was starting to come inside the house. Most people today aren't old enough to remember outhouses, cesspools, well pumps in the yard and water backs attached to the kitchen coal fired range. Lets not forget range boilers and gas coils with no safety devices, usually found in the bath -- behind a tub on legs.
Today when looking for a reliable plumbing contractor, one that is trained, licensed, insured and has the Lehigh Valley in his/her heart. Look on our members page, phone numbers are listed. If a web site is shown, a simple click on the link will take you to that members page.
REMEMBER ... When calling a PLUMBER, make sure you called one!
All Plumbers are not created equally, some just think they are plumbers.
